System email does not render {{Global:Request.Host}} value

Hi,

Our client is running version 10.21.8 and is trying to utilize a system email.
However, using the tag {{Global:Request.Host}} does not render the actual value rather it renders the tag itself. Is this an intended behaviour or are we missing a setting?

Where do you use this mail?

From code? Or from an app? Or from a scheduled task?

A user is redirected to this page when submitting a custom form, added via an app.

Ok - but what you have filled out is where the user is redirected after they submit - to a page. That page is simply rendered as is.

What you have done is chosen af page created to be sent as an email - and this is not send as email. If you choose to send the page as an email, the tag will be shown with the value.
