SqlIndexBuilder in DW10

Hi,

We have a site in DW10 and were trying to use a build with SqlIndexBuilder, but it looks like the field to add the query is missing. The attached screenshot show the only fields we see on the build create/edit screen. Is the query input missing or is it some where else?

Hi Catia

That is missing  from the UI.

I have added the missing fields and made a pull request to it be released in a coming DW version.
