Looks like as bug
When importing shipping's they are appear fine in Database "EcomShippings" table, but they are not shown in Admin UI unless there any relations in "EcomMethodCountryRelation" table
Shipping only appears in the UI after manually adding the relation directly in the database, which seems like a bug.
For the payments, everything works correctly in the Admin UI immediately after import, without relations.
