Setup screen doesn't support SQL Server Integrated Security mode

Hi there,

When I set up a new site and point to an existing SQL server / database, I cannot use integrated security. I have to create a SQL account first to get through the wizard. Then at run time, I can update the <Database> element in configuration to use integrated security mode and then it works fine.

Can this be fixed? Some servers only allow integrated mode, so I need to enable SQL authentication first before I can get passed the installation wizard.

We are experiencing the exact same problem, and are unable to setup at Dynamicweb10 solution because our server only allow integrated security.

Could you please fix this issue?

Is it not the integrated mode below in the setup screen? DWInstaller3

Yes it is, but it doesn't work :-) I get this:

When I switch to SQL authentication and provide a user name and password in the setup screen, it works.
