Set password panel tries to close on setting password

Hi,

When I use the "Set password" action on a user, the first time I click "Create" I get a warning that my changes will not be saved. Second time the password is set correctly.

Also the button "Create" should probably be calles "Save" or "Set" given the context.

Hi,

The notice is known general issue related to not correct validation on saving in some screens like that, task #21009, still under development, sorry for inconvenience.
