Redirects and URL parameters

Hi,

One of our customers uses the redirects (in Settings > Web & HTTP > Redirects) to create short readable URLs that redirects to pages in their solution. They often use these links to post on e.g. Facebook. When doint that a "?fbclid=" is added to the link from facebook to the site. When that parameter is added, the redirect doesn't work anymore - and the link just ends up on a 404 page. Is this a known issue? If not, we would really like to have if registered as a bug and fixed soon :-)

Hi Rene

I cannot reproduce. On DW10 when I setup this:

/fb-campaign and /fb-campaign?fbclid=q23 both redirects to the page selected.

We're on a R3 from 27/5. In that version we have the issue. And we're not interested in ugprading to R2 or R1 as it has an error that shows "NULL NULL NULL" when chosing an option in a radiobuttonlist.

Hi Rene

There is no changes in this feature this year, so I think it might be something else.

Can you send me a link to the solution?

Also I do not get a null null null. Did you report something on it - or can you also send me information on that?

You've got mail ;-)

I'm in contact with care about the NULL errors - there's info about that in the mail as well.

For further reference if experienced by others.

- it is possible to use a wildcard in this situation.

We will change the behavior of this to always fallback if there is no precise match.
