I have multiple payments set up using "QuickPayPaymentWindow".
Credit cards work just fine.

When using MobilePay, everything is fine, the amount is reserved, but fails on changing cart to order.

I am redirected back "/checkout?CheckoutHandlerOrderID=ORDERxxxxxx&QuickPayState=Ok", where it shows a blank screen.

Payment is set up to use "auto post" without any other templates specified.

any help is appreciated.

your details are not fully informative for us. Specify the following things at least:

1. do(did) you not have the issue on DW9 using the same account\provider's settings in DW admin and it's DW10's issue only?

2. if it's you new account, confirm that you fully follow requirements defined by DW and QuickPay manual (if you use Mobile Online) as well as ones mentioned in last couple of posts in the forum.

1. Not relevant. New site on DW10 with new provider agreement.

2. My question is not, on how to set up MobilePay. I can complete the payment flow just fine.
I can input the phone number, accept the payment on my phone and it registers just fine. The correct price amount is then "reserved", as it should.


As stated, the issue is, when I'm redirected back to my site, and the "cart" should be change to "order", but its not.
therefor the order is never "complete" i DW.

Looking at the logs, the issue seems as DW is expecting a value that is not there or is null.
