Permissions Not Applying Correctly

For our backend users,  we have Administrators and and the Fred Jones Admin group set to All. This should enable users assigned this role or in this group to have Delete and "Set default address" permissions when trying to manage addresses on a user via the backend.

However, the only option available is Edit. Even though the user I am logged in as is set up as an Administrator and assigned to Fred Jones Admin group.

Checked with DW NA team and they thought it might be a platform bug. Any thoughts?

What other groups is the user you log in with member of?

And what is this setting for all of those groups?

In your example the address is marked as the default address.
When an address is marked as default then the "Delete" and "Make default" actions will not be shown (seems to work as intended).

Do you experience any issues with non-default addresses?
