Manipulating interface of the file Itemtype

Hi,
Our clinet would like this button to not be there (it uploads into the root of images, and leaving it all a mess.).  The one outlined with red. In DW9 I simply alterred the CSS in existing CSS files for the admin.

How would I go about this in DW10?

That is not possible to disabled.

I have just added a new setting for the Asset File Manager so you can disable uploads from the image editor.

Will be out with next minor of DW10 end of this month.
