Hi,

As I understand DW10 will not support global content in the way that it is handled in DW9.

What will be the way, if any, to work with global content in DW10?

Item publisher is the way to go.

Global content is problematic in many ways - and usually the result of a bad information architecture. Also it easily causes duplicate content.

Hi,

Yes, I understnad the problem with duplicate content.

In this case we have a solution where we have a number of websites and some websites have language layers. All websites will propably have an english language layer. And some content will be the same for all websites. So I'm looking for a solution where the customer can have some content in a language layer "global". How it's done is not importnant. Global content, copying stuff or Item Publishing.

Using language management can do this. Somethings can be translated while other content elements can be inherited as long as they are not edited in a specific language.
