Form templates bug

Hi

It seems that there is a bug in the form app settings on paragraph.

In the app settings you can choose form and mail templates.

In DW9 the form templates must be located in:
"/Files/Templates/Designs/Swift/Forms/Form/"

And the mail templates in:
"/Files/Templates/Forms/Mail/"

In DW10 form app seetings its different.
The mail templates must be located in:
"/Files/Templates/Designs/Swift/Forms/Form/"

But, when the mail is sent, it loks for a template in "/Files/Templates/Forms/Mail/" and not in the Swift folder.
So the mail is empty.

Hi, 

the bug is reproduced on using template option in e-mail\receipt as well as form submitting\max submitting settings in fact. I've created new task #21156 to fix it. Thanks for finding. 

PS: Note other options (Automatic and Page) can still be used correctly nowadays.
