Facing an issue where the order state change emails are being received with empty content

Dear Sir,

We are facing in our project with received empty content email. 

-Firstly, we set up with our custom order state template in Order Flow.

-Change Order State of the order

-When we received email, it is not rendering the content from email template, all are empty

 

Could you please kindly advice on this matter?

Hi Oleg,

Could you please suggest when can we fix this issue? We urgently need to send email to customer via integration job and got same issue.

Hi Yoon,

the task has already been completed (the bug was fixed), will be provided with upcoming DW10 release I suppose. I hope it occurs soon.
