Hi,
The documentation says that Dashboards will be replaced with "DW10 UI". Does that mean that there will be dashboards in DW10 like in DW9 or is that something we as partners need to implement?

Hi Aki,
Dashboards in DW9 are closely tied to ASP.NET WebForms, which is the UI framework of DW9. WebForms is not compatible with ASP.NET Core which DW10 runs on, so Dashboards from DW9 are going to be replaced by something different. The current plan is to not bring anything over, and go for a new approach. We may -- at some point in the future, but definitely not at launch -- find a way to bring the definitions over, but I cannot guarantee that.
With regard to what comes in the box, it's still not completely locked down. We're going to provide some dashboards like we did in DW9. They will also be adaptable in some way. Whether that is through configuration or code is not yet clear, but you -- as a partner -- or the user will be able to manipulate dashboards somehow.

OK, thanks for the clarification. We have som customers that uses the dashboards both with standard and customized widgets so it's good know what to say when we are talking about DW10 with them.
