Create smart search appearing issue after upgrading DW10 version

Dear Sir,

When we upgrade dw version from 10.4.3 to 10.6.8, it reflect this error when we create smart search. seems something missing in database. if we put latest database, no issue. is that possible to upgrade this dw version without using new database?

Hi,

it's stranger not known error in fact. What database did you use with the old version, one was created with DW10 wizard on setup, deployed with Swift etc.? And as far as I can see on your screenshot, the error occurs on creating new rule-expression, not entire smart search in fact. Please, specify it. Besides, mail me URL to your solution still has the bug and specify a backend user has administrator right if possible and still relevant. I've created new task #21317 to try to ensure that db is upgraded correctly at least.

actually, last DW10.8.0 has recently been released. Have you already tried to upgrade your site(s) like that to exactly ensure the bug is still reproduced or isn't?
