When adding a new folder under Digital Assets, the Create new directory  dialog doesn’t close and the tree is not refreshed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click Digital Assets
2. Under Media Files click the Plus icon
3. Enter Test as the directory name
4. Click OK

Actual results

                The folder is created, but the dialog doesn’t close and the tree doesn’t show the new folder

Expected results:

                The folder is created, the dialog is closed and the tree shows the new folder
