Cart Command archive does not clear the current cart base on explanation on the function.

We will need to look into this a little.

This is a feature that works for logged in users only.

When when archived is used, the cart is removed from the current cart session. But I think the problem is that we at some point have made a 'bugfix' so a user will always get the latest cart from their history. This might solve one issue, but effectively disable the archive command as the just archived cart will just get reloaded....
