BC Blueprint and sending order

Hi guys,

I have configured a connection between DW 10 and BC using the Blueprint.
Everything appears to work as expected, including live integration, except for the order sending process.
I am receiving this error:
ConnectionError: Error CalculateOrder Order Id:'ORDER345' CreateOrder:'True' Message:'Internal Server Error Response: The Item does not exist. Identification fields and values: No.='''.
I have checked my request and I am sending ProductNumber for each Orderline. IS there anything I can check/change on DW side or is this related to some setting in BC?

Could it be a missing item ID for the shipping?

Hi Imar,
Is this shipping item special in any way? I have tried with an item code I know exists in BC, and I got the same error back.
How should I investigate further what the missing ItemNo is related to?

It was just a guess. In Live Integration you can configure an item code for shipping, so I thought you may be missing something similar here. In other BC solutions, we mapped a shipping code to a line with type Item, so the same as products. 

Do you see logs anywhere of what gets sent exactly?

Hi Imar,

Thank you for your suggestions. Based on your last comment, I have changed the Shipping charge to Item and used an existing SKU, and it seemed to have worked.
I will debug it further with the BC consultant.
