Would be great know when we could start out on .NET 10 for new project development.

Yes. We are planning to roll out .net 10 runtime on cloud when released in final version - then custom builds can run on that.

We are still discussing if we should do DW11 based on .NET 10, or keep it as DW10 and do dual builds for a period of time.

We are also discussing wether to remove all obsolete types from our code base when doing this - but it will potentially be an issue on solutions that for some reason use obsolete apis.
