Dear Sir,
We are facing an issue when registering new accounts. An error in the backend user groups happens every time a new account is created, and and members are not being added to the "Bronze" user group where newly created users should be stored.
Please refer to the steps below:
1. Create a new member account from the frontend.
2. In the backend, click on the user group to check the member account.
3. An unhandled error message is displayed.
4. We also verified by filtering with the newly created user ID in the SQL database and noticed that the member is not entered into any user group in the database.
Could you please kinldy advice on this matter?
