Combining 2 fields into 1 facet

Hi,

Is it possible to combine the values of two seperate product category fields into 1 index field so I can have a facet that select products that have the facet value in Field1 or Field2?

I thought I might be able to use the Summary Field, but what this does is concatenate the fields, instead of merging them into a distinct list.

I have a combined field:

Resulting in concatenated values in the facet list (green is Field1 and orange is field2)

You can use 2 fields and create a list facet?

I was hoping I would be able to combine multiple fields into one, like a join, with a list facet I would have to seperatly define a list of options
