Hi guys,
I am trying to configure a discount combining several conditions.
My purpose is to give 3% discount to products from a group, for a customer from a specific User group, and only if the quantity in the cart is greater than 10 units for any combination of products from a specific product group.
I have configured a Reward:
- Type: Percentage
- Applies to: all selected products
- Included product groups: Mountain bikes
Then, I have configured Conditions:
1. UserGroup: B2B Customers
2. Product group:
- Quantity:10
- Counts total amount of products from selected product groups
- Included product groups: Mountain Bikes
I have added 5 units of E-BIG TOUR 600EQ SILK BLUE/BLACK L 48CM and 8 units of eONE-SIXTY 9000 (V1), both from the Mountain Bikes group. I am logged in as a B2B customer.
However, no discount is applied in the cart.
There are no other discounts defined.
What am I doing wrong?
