0.00 as Price in PriceMatrix

Hi,

Is it intended that a price entered into the PriceMatrix of 0.00 are being ignored?

In the backend it displays as '-' and in the frontend it's being ignored in the price logic.

For reference: Using R2 - DW 10.18.10 currently.

Hi NP,

We have a 3 tier customer system, where all the customers use the same portal.

Wholesaler -> Provider -> End-User

Wholesaler prices are controlled by ERP, Provider Prices are hidden and negotiated between Wholesaler <> Provider. However End-Users have prices set by the Provider, which they manage by uploading price sheets in Excel. Sometimes they run a "campaign" and have select items for free (effectively price at 0.00).

If we set the price to 0.0001 wouldn't that create potential rounding issues if you buy 100 of the same item, then effectively it would cost 0.01?

Hi NP,

I tested with your suggestion, and if I put enough 0's in, regardless of how many items I have in cart, depending on the rounding settings, it will always show up as 0.00.

That works for my scenario.

Thanks a lot, and enjoy your evening :)
