I'm currently using Dynamicweb version 10.11.8 and have encountered an issue with the Recurring Order feature.
When I check the "Recurring Order" checkbox and fill in all the required interval fields, the recurring order is placed successfully — which works as expected.
However, if I later decide not to place a recurring order, I uncheck the "Recurring Order" checkbox before placing the order. Despite this, the system still places it as a recurring order.
It seems like unchecking the checkbox doesn’t fully reset or remove the recurring order configuration on form submission.
