Email marketing - statistics view

Hi,

A client is planning to move all their email marketing activites to DW Email marketing module and they said they cant find the statistics view for opening rate, click rate etc as shown here:

I had a look myself and cant find it either in DW10. Are we looking in the wrong place or is it not implemented yet? Is it in the works?
The client says this is a key feature to be able to move to DW Email marketing - what can we answer them?

Hi, can we please get an answer to this so we can answer the client. They feel the statistics view is a "deal breaker" for moving their email marketing to DW.

Hi Peter

The DW9 version of that dashboard is based on the really old Statv2 - which does not exist in DW10. Some of the numbers, like email client, was also not very precise because these things are difficult to measure correctly.

So DW10 is using other data to show.

Is it specific data items your are missing? We might be able to add it if needed.

The DW10 version has this information which is more or less the same:

Hi Nicolai, its the summerized numbers / rates they find valuble, total opening rate, total click rate and so forth. The use case is to easily evaluate the success rate for the campaign as a whole.
I dont think the email client stats are very important to them.
