In DW9 you had the option to configure the rich-text editor SETTINGS > Editing > Editor configurations, but where do I do the same in DW10?

Hi Michael,

Editor configurations are not currently supported on DynamicWeb 10. They will come back in some form, but I can't say for sure when -- hopefully within the next couple of releases.

Hello Jeppe,

- and thanks for quick feedback, even I have hoped for a solution for the PIM editors right now.
PS. do you know if a pop-out or enlarge feature is on the way?

In what sense? Not sure I understand the question.

Hello Jeppe,

- in DW9 you can click on "EDIT TEXT" to open the editor in a separate window (pop-up/ enlarge). Haven't found a way to do the same in DW10.

I see :)

To my knowledge, this has not been discussed. I'm not sure I see the usefulness of this functionality in DW10, but if you think it has a place, please submit a feature request on our GitHub so it can be vetted: https://github.com/dynamicweb/DynamicWeb.

Hello Jeppe,

- customers with complex products often have long descriptions, so for them it would be very useful to have more than 8-10 lines of description visible without scrolling.

Hi,

I can see now that it is possible to create some kind of configuration on the rich text field. I cannot find any documenation about how or where these configurations are created?

And as Michael states, it would be nice to be able to resize the editor. It can be done with "Long text".

Regards / Aki

Hi Aki

You can create your own editor in Settings -> Content -> Richtext editor, and then select the editor in your item.

However, there are not as many editor options as desired
