Shipping Provider Template folder

Hi,

There's no template available for "Shipping provider template" on a DW10 Swift solution I've setup. (see attached screenshot).When I take a look in the ecom7 > shippingprovider folder I have two templates available. Is this a bug in DW10? Or should the templates be placed in another folder?

Hi Rene,

Shipping provider template selector looks at /Templates/eCom7/ShippingProvider/ Not /Templates/Designs/Swift/eCom7/ShippingProvider/

Thank you Rasmus. I'll move the templates. Just wondering why the templates is placed inside the Swift folder in a default Swift setup ;-)

@Rasmus,

I get this error when I go to the delivery step in the checkout:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.ShippingProviders.GLS.GLS.Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.ISupportServicePoints.GetServicePoints(Order order) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Renderer.RenderShipping(Template template, Order order, Boolean selectAllDeliveries, IEnumerable`1 deliveries) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Renderer.RenderStep(Order order, PageView pageView, IEnumerable`1 validationErrors, IEnumerable`1 removedProductNames, Boolean useNewsletterSubscription, String imagePatternProductCatalog, Boolean selectAllPayments, IEnumerable`1 payments, Boolean selectAllDeliveries, IEnumerable`1 deliveries, Template template) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Renderer.RenderStep(Order order, ModuleSettings settings, Int32 stepIndex, PageView pageView, IEnumerable`1 validationErrors, IEnumerable`1 removedProductNames) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Frontend.RenderStep(Order order, Int32 stepIndex, IEnumerable`1 removedProductNames, IEnumerable`1 errors) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Frontend.RenderStep(Order order, Int32 stepIndex, IEnumerable`1 removedProductNames) at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Cart.Frontend.GetModuleContent()

You can see the setup in the attached screenshot.

Any ideas why this is failing? There's not much documentation to read ;-)

Hi Rene,

No there is not enough info to find the error, try using the v4 service. If it still fails you need to reach out to our support: https://doc.dynamicweb.dev/documentation/fundamentals/support/gettingsupport.html
