Missing cache-control on static files

I can't find any settings nor info on how to manage cache-control on static files.

Hi Kevin

Currently we only have response caching options from IIS using web.config. We are actively looking into adding middleware to add response caching for static files so Dynamicweb can control this and not the hosting environment.
