Missing User and Group Types fields

It seems the functionality to make user or group types fields hidden or visible is now missing in DW10. 

Setting -> Areas -> Users -> User and Group Types . Below the restrictions I thought it had the way to show or hide fields but this now seems to be missing in newer versions of DW10. This there another way to get to these besides directly editing the XML for each type?
