"Review Changes" marks certain fields as changed when they are not

I start with the following product, and then add the word "Change" to the product name, color and material are always marked as changed from empty to their current value, happens again when i change the product name and append "Change again"

Hi,

The issue is reproduced, I've created new task #21604 to research and fix if valid but not a limitation. Note the feature has the same issue for product group with category fields (task #20481 is under research as well).
