Auto Checkin with list box: multiple select

Hi,

When using Auto checkin (Digital assets checkin on products) to assign images to a product, it works fine when using a single value (text) attribute.

I want to know if it's also possible using a multiple select value. I follow the same structure but it doesn't seem to work. Does it require another configuration?

My example list box: multiple select attribute:

The information stored in the index:

The image values:

My search pattern: {PropertiesIcons}_I*

Hi Davy,

It is not possible to use Digital assets checkin tool. with Listbox multiple choice values, as you describe above..

In your case, the value there passed through is "KM35161,IP40,CE"

You could make individual fields per certification.

HI Søren

Is there another method that could work in this case? I recall there is another method to bulk-auto assign assets, but not sure if it's appropriate

Hi Davy,

I don't know exacly your case, but if you could seperate your certification into individual attributes, e.g. IP40, IP50, IP60.. as one category, where only one value can be select.

Then you could make a Asset category pattern, for each of them .. then I think it could work
