Redirect bug

Hi

I see that it is possible to make an external redirect, but if I do that, I get an error.
See screen dump.
After this, it is not possible to open redirects, and I therefore have to delete data via Firehose.

Looks bad!

I will create 2 tasks - a feature (devops#21007) to remove the external link option from this screen and a bug (devops#21008) to not give exceptions if you have invalid data in your redirect data.
