Editing integer/decimal fields via Grid-Edit PIM not working

Hello there,

A client is trying to make use of the Grid-Edit in the PIM to quickly update some product/category fields for products and their variants.

But when trying to update a field defined either as an integer or decimal, it doesn't update at all.

When clicking on 'OK', it makes the box empty and then nothing. It does not refresh/close the window, giving the impression that it does not update at all.

From a previous mentioned bug concerning list box defined fields in the grid-edit, Ive learned that most grid-edit bugs are resolved in DW 10 and considering this is DW 9.17.9 it does make sense. Anyhow, thought I'd report it!

Hello Barend Mosch,

The bug is actual on last DW9 (9.17.9) and not reproduced in DW10 in fact . I've created new task 20784 to fix it in DW9. Note you can still edit the fields in grid cell directly successfully. Thanks for finding.

The problem #20784 Unable to set values into integer or decimal field with PIM grid edit
Has now been fixed and released in Dynamicweb 9.17.10
