Hi,

That feature has been deprecated. The send button in DW9 used the Live Integration to push the order to the ERP. Not all customers use Live Integration and our new Live Integration on OData , which is coming very soon, do not have order sending capabilities. We recommend using batch integration for orders and if you need to push the order immediately, then you can run the order activity manually.

Hi,

In DW10, I tried to use batch integration to resync failed order to ERP. However everytime we run the batch integration it try to sync the order again and again to ERP and there is no indicator that the order is already synced.

Could anybody suggest a way to manage the failed order resyncing without duplication.

Thanks,

Yoon

Hi Yoon,

In your live integration setup, make sure you have defined states for the orders after sending them to ERP:

And in the scheduled tasks setup, make sure you don't include the succeeded ones, in this case "Completed":

Hi Lars,

Appreciate for your quick response.

Regards to the order status, will it automatically update or user have to update manually whenever it is failed or success?

Thanks,

Yoon

Hi Yoon,

It will automatically set the order status, and it wil stamp the sales order number from the created order in the ERP system in OrderIntegrationOrderId on the order.
