Hello,

Is it expected that segment searches are not available to utilize in email marketing campaigns in DW10? Please advise on recommended implementation of a dynamic user segment for use in an email campaign. Should we assume that a user group backed by a segment search is required, since segments aren't selectable in the recipient section?

For now, that is the option to go with.

The segmented searches will not be part of the user group selector used on the email, but we could add a third option under recipients and recipient groups - "Segmented search"  that is simply listing searches.

Based on the specific scenario for a given customer, going the smartsearch backed group direction can be a benefit - as some of these smart searches can contain a lot of users and there would be a benefit of splitting the task of segmenting the users and sending the emails in each their own task.
