In all dw10 solutions I have checked I get a 404 on /Admin/Public/EmailMarketing/Unsubscribe.aspx

Is this implemented already?

the functionality you have mentioned is not curretly supported in DW10. I've created new task 20301 to implemented the feature in new way.
