Set default visible field presets

Is it possible to set a field display group as default visible field for a warehouse group? In the same way that you can set a default product category in a ecommerce group?

We often get feedback from our customers that they find it unnecessary to have to change visible field everytime they go into a different group to enrich their products

Hi Alexander,

No .. it is not possible to set a default FieldDisplayGroup on a Warehouse Group ..

Well, I don't know your setup or why it's needed, but there some feature with FieldDisplayGroups that can be useful ..

When using CategoryFields assigned to Groups, as Datamodel setup, they would only be visible below Group structure their assigned to.

So these fields you want to be visible, you just add them to FieldDisplayGroup, then only available fields below a Group structure will be visible for the user ..
