Dear Dynamicweb,
We are trying to implement custom screen on DW10. When we run it, we got nothing on 'List Screen' as below image, even though there is some records already.

And when we refresh the page, we got the error as below images.

But we got 'Edit Screen' working fine.

I have attached the below zip file for how it was implemented, and some screen shot.
Are we missing something or could you please check what is wrong in the implementation?
