I apologize if this issue's been highlighted before.

But im trying to create a folder and keep running in to this issue:

No problem!

Is it a page folder?

I just tried to create both a folder in the page tree and the file tree with success. Which version are you running?

A page folder, where can I see the version im running?

All I can find is this: 

.NET Runtime version 7.0.13

On the login screen:

Or if you run locally, you can check your nuget package references to Dynamicweb

You can try to update to 10.0.25 - or we need access to your solution to see what that can be.
Feel free to post the URL here or you can contact the service desk to check it out.

Is the folder created, but not loaded correctly in the tree before complete reload - or is the folder not created at all?
