Error editing forms on DW10

Using DW 10.0.13

When we add a form app to a paragraph and then click the edit option to change the settings we often get this error.

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Dynamicweb.Core.Helpers.FilePathHelper.GetCombinedFilePath(string path, string defaultFolder)

Don't catch the bug on last DW10.0.0.17. Please, have a look at the video regarding my check. Specify your case if still reproduced on the admin version.

Thanks. We have updated to 10.0.16 and found that the bug has been resolved.
