I have a situation for a customer where a specific field display group must be shown in the frontend (as property in a PIM feed). For this, the 'Show in frontend' checkbox is enabled in the definition of the field display group. This works as intended. But, as well as the frontend feed, the display group must also be available as a visible field in the PIM backend when editing products in the shop. While 'Show in frontend' is enabled, the display group is not shown in the backend.
Is there a specific reason for why a display group can't be visible in both? Is this a permission thing, or can this be considered as a bug?
As far as I know, this is not a permission issue because whenever the 'Show in frontend' checkbox is disabled, the field display group is shown in the backend but not the frontend.
For what it is worth, the customer is running Swift DW 9.14.9.

PS: See attachment image for visualisation that Purchase Book is show in the feed config but not as Visible Field in PIM product editing. This is when 'Show in frontend' is checked, the situation is reserved when the checkbox is unchecked. The desired result is visibility in both situations.
