Server Error in PIM Shared Query (9.12.10)

Hi,

one of our users is encountering a server error when opening one of the shared queries in the PIM section of their solution that I'm hoping you could assist me in debugging.

Attached is the screenshot of the error from the user. It seems to be isolated to his user though, because I've tried copying his user, logging in and everything worked as expected then. On my  own admin user everything works normally as well. It seems like, from the exception message, that the user is getting stored values from somewhere which are not getting parsed correctly. Can you tell me where I can find them and if I can clear them somehow?

The application version is release 9.12.10

Hi Gunnar,

If you can't open/Edit the Query from backend, they can be found in the Files area..

Your "Shared queries" are placed in Files folder "/System/SmartSearches/Ecommerce/Shared/" ..

Hi Søren, thanks for your reply.

Most users are able to open the shared query editor and view the query results except a single user is reporting that they are getting the yellow error screen. In the exception message, it seems like they're trying to filter by something like 'appels *' which is causing the query to crash, but I don't know where that troublesome string could be stored so I can remove it.

Hi Gunnar,

You can find the Query XML file in the shared structure, so you can open it with a standard Editor.

But you should maybe contact our support, and let them look at it ..

Solved,

Had to log in as the affected user and remove a saved filter.
