Hi,

Can't seem to be able to export ProductImageSmall, ProductImageMedium and ProductImageLarge with the PIM Export to Excel option.

Are this correct or am I missing something?

Hello Marie Louise,

- currently it's not possible to include paths to any image or assets using the "Export to Excel" function.

If the products in the export are more and less is the same every time or selectable using a query, I would create a feed to XML, and then use the feed URL in Excel.

Thanks for the quick answer Michael.

There are set up a query in PIM for the products it's concerning.

Can you explain how you would do the "use the feed url" part?

When you have built you're feed, you'll take the Feed URL and paste it into Exel. Some of the fields from the feed will work out-of-the-box, while others might require some PowerQuery (Excel) skills, but it's easy to learn.

Hi Michael,

I have used your example and it works.
But Im having issues with custom fields rendered in the excel. Do you know why some fields loads in with [Table] and how to set it up not to do so?

There are data :)

I found out, that you need to Transform data before selecting "insert/read data" for the fields :)

Hi again,

I can see, that if a product only have images in the fields: ImageSmall, ImageMedium or ImageLarge, it isn't possible to get the url to the file in the feed?
Is that correct or am I missing something maybe ?

Hi,

Image types "ImageSmall, ImageMedium and ImageLarge" belongs to the old way of managing Images on products.. It is not supported in PIM anymore

You should use the "Assets categories" to manage and organize Assets on product
