Hi community,

We have a customer who would like to have som kind of log for product history. What was changed and by who?

Thining of doing something in "BeforeSave", compare values (if its possible) and the log results (in a file or table).

Has anyone done something like it? Or maybe some DW-guy has some pointers/ideas on how to achieve this the best way?

Hi Aki,

You can use the "Audit" functionality. It tracks most of the product related activity.

I have only started to use it a couple of months ago myself, mainly because of one of our customers.

Please perform regular cleanups on the table because it has a tendency to grow fast.
