Cannot create new indexes

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Under Settings | Repositories, click the + sign

Actual results:

                An alert saying Create repository

Expected results:

                The UI to create a new repo

Hi, 

I cannot reproduce the issue on last DW10, dialog to input repository name can appear but I catch error exception on pressing on '+' after creating new repository. New task 10475 has been created against it. Thanks.
