Paypal Express Checkout redirects back to cart on submit

Greetings everyone,

I've been trying to set up Paypal Express Checkout in a solution running on DW 9.9.8 and after completing the order it redirects me back to the cart, as shown in the video here.

Hi,

Your admin seems to be too old, some bugs like this (e.g. return back to cart when validation is enabled in cart) have already been fixed on newer version. I've checked the issue on base Rapido solution 3.4.3 based on last DW9.13.2 and was not able to catch an issue. Here is video about my check (the gateway is used is in default language and in translated one).
