Dear Sir,

I would like to know that is there any way to auto change the workflow state based on the completeness % in a query?

In our project, we had created the queries based on the workflow state with a set of completeness rules. 

Therefore, if the product meets with 100% of completeness in one of the workflow state then we would like to auto change to the next workflow state. Is there any possible way to meet with that requirement?

Hi Yoon,

You can not make "auto change" on the "workflow state", based on Completeness "% status"

But you can with Queries, use “Completeness status” together with Workflow-State, and with that get a more Dynamic/Automatic workflow.

Look at my example in below Video .. There I have the bike "Scattante ...(#1 WF)" available both for "Marketing" and "Technical detail" .. and when I have "Full filled" with value on "Gear" in query "Technical detail" and Completeness in that context are 100%, it will desapear from "Technical detail" list..
