Cannot sort fields in

Hi,

For some reason I cannot save the sort order in fields in "Field Display Groups" in admin.

Here is a screencast:

Does anyone have any idea why this is not working?

EDIT: Going to try with other users and browsers.

Hello Aki,

- I'm not sure I have a solution, but looking at your screencast, I wonder how/why you have the same shop (Industilås) multible times in 'Selected shops'?

Hope you'll find a solution, even helpdesk should be able help you.

I undertnad that it looks a bit confusing.  smiley

It's actually a PIM shop and a eCom shop.

Hello Aki,

As for the case that your are demonstrating on video - it's already fixed and works correctly in the last version 9.8.10 (will be available in the next release), selected sorting order is saving in Settings » Field display groups » Edit field display group (on video https://www.screencast.com/t/JbPzavexyFi4 ).

But please note that we have another bug (tfs #82831) in PIM sorting - fields are constantly sorted alphabetically and not in a selected customer sort order here. This will be fixed to the next hot-fix release.

OK, thank for the update. 

This solution was running 9.8.9. Turned out it was one field that did not wanted to be sorted for some reason. Don't know why. Other fields worked fine. 

For that trouble field, I modified the order directly in the database table.
