Export products from List not working

Hi Guys,

I have a strange situation going on.

I am running DW 9.8.6 and until a few days ago, exporting products from excel worked flawlessly.

It still works from ProductDetail page but when I try to run it from the list, it opens a modal window without the "Choose fields" dialog. Just an empty modal.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to investigate it?

Hi guys,

A brief update. It seems that the export works if using Firefox. It does not work on Chrome.

I am not sure how and why this is happening.

I am still waiting for a possible solution for it.

Hi,

I am running into the same issue running 9.8.5.

I notice in the console of chrome I get the following error when opening the export to excel window from a PIM product list:

ProductListEditingExtended.js:1776 Uncaught TypeError: iFrameDoc.exportToExcel is not a function
at Object.Dynamicweb.PIM.BulkEdit.ExportToExcel (ProductListEditingExtended.js:1776)
at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (PimProductList.aspx?KeepListSettings=true&&queryId=b31e4a04-ff10-4e80-99e4-75608c5b5183&groupId=U3lzdGVtL1NtYXJ0U2VhcmNoZXMvRWNvbW1lcmNlL1BlcnNvbmFsLzcz&ViewMode=ListView:701)

Same problem on DW 9.8.8 with Chrome and Edge, but it works using Firefox.

After upgrade to DW 9.8.9 it's now possible to Export to Excel from lists using Chrome.

According to the release notes for DW 9.8.9 is bug 81794 resolved, which I can confirm.
