You cannot change what is coming out of the export. You might be able to export the data using data integration - you can see the table in question here: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/content/apps/forms-for-editors#3334

Also I do not know what ID you are refering to. Pageid, form id, submit id, user id?

Thank you for a speedy reply.

I should have been more precise with the ID. 

Here I mean the submit ID.

When our client receives a mail from a form they get a Reference ID no. that matches the submit ID,
but when the export the data to csv or excel, the submit id is not included.

And also when viewing the details for form data in the backend, the submit ID is not included.

Nope. Only using the data integration or something.
