Hi guys,

I have a couple of questions/requests related to channel feeds as we are working on an integration with a local Marketplace.

Their API has 2 requests that I am not sure how to handle:

1. We need to supply a numeric ID for each product. We thought about using AutoID for this purpose but it does not seem to be included in the information available to select. Can it be included in the options available? Can we get this information in a different way? Is it ok to use AutoID for this purpose?

2. We need to send a maximum of 50 records (products) per request and have a maximum of 20 requests per minute. I am wondering if I can somehow paginate the feed according to this requirement or we should handle the pagination in the AddIn.

Have you considered using the new implementation for Channable.com introduced in DW9.8?

Hi Soren,

I did. I was very excited when you have presented the functionality.

But there are 2 caveats:

1. Emag Marketplace (local marketplace) is not on Channable)

2. I cannot ask a customer to pay 99EUR extra after I just sold them PIM for 515 EUR.

I feel that the requests above are pretty decent if we plan to have a decent Feed/Channel functionality. Channable is very developed and covers a broad range of integrations but every now and then, there will be something that's not on Channable or the customer will simply avoid paying an extra fee. Especially on markets that have very specific local providers.

I hope it makes sense.
